Location to metro and shops. Clean
Lights in room are constantly on, so if on top bunk you get the light shinning in. Should be turned off at a certain time, especially when have a light near bed and check in is pretty late. Hopefully they can sort this for the Olympics next year.
Great location, friendly staff, affordable price
not enough lighting, pillow not good
Clean and comfortable rooms with fast wifi Bunkbeds has curtains so you can have your privacy. Toilets were amazing hope all world will have same kind of toilets some day. Akihabara is just in walking distance.
Good location Breakfast sandwich and coffee. Nice bar downstairs. Nice staff. Lockers for personal items were adiquate. Bathrooms were clean.
The lack of space for luggage. Some very rude Europeans decided to use their luggage space directly underneath my bunk ladder. Their fault if anything got crushed!!! The type of people that generally stayed here. One strange person was brushing their teeth in their bed. Close to train tracks, so a lot of noise, but if you have ear plugs then its okay. 4pm check in time, its a thing here, but the staff are lovely and will let you leave your luggage earlier. Wifi was poor from where my bunk was. Really uncomfy pillow.
I was asked to pay 300 yen just to leave my bags after my check out something that I did not encounter before in every single hostel - or hotel - I ve been to. Furthermore, many sheets were not clean and you could clearly feel and hear the train coming and leaving from your bed until midnight. Poor choice of a hostel and there are plenty better options in that area S.
