Our Habitas Tulum

Habitas Tulum is a beachfront hotel with jungle and beach accommodations available for guests. Romos include hardwood floors, air conditioning, WiFi, and private outdoor rain showers. Rooms also include covered front porches for relaxing and enjoying the views, as well as huge windows so that guests can enjoy the views from inside, as well. Jungle rooms feature a tent-style luxury accommodation that fits into the scenery, offering a unique accommodation in the heart of Tulum.

The hotel offers private access to white sand beaches, with an oceanfront infinity pool and deck area off of the clubhouse. The clubhouse is home to Moro, the onsite restaurant, as well as yoga classes and an entertaining rooftop space. Guests can stop in for complimentary morning coffee or check out the yoga mezzanine for tropical relaxation and fitness classes. The three-story building includes the first-floor restaurant and a beach bar, featuring food and drinks inspired by local culture and made with local ingredients.

Habitas Tulum is integrated into the surrounding landscapes, minimizing its footprint and offering winding trails through the jungle area for peaceful, beautiful walks and more. The hotel was built in collaboration with local carpenters, including rooms on raised platforms with thatched roofs. There are 32 guest rooms in total, offering a variety of unique accommodations and amenities for guests to choose from. Plus, Habitas is centrally located on the Yucatan Peninsula, within minutes of plenty of shopping, dining, and cultural attractions.
