Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its exceptionally friendly and helpful service, with staff and owners often going out of their way to assist and provide local tips. The breakfast was frequently highlighted as delicious, varied, and freshly prepared, with several reviews mentioning standout cooks and a pleasant dining experience. Many guests appreciated the spacious, comfortable rooms and large beds, contributing to a relaxing stay. Free bicycles were a popular amenity, making the slightly out-of-center location convenient. While most found the hotel clean and peaceful, a few noted occasional lapses in room or pool cleanliness. Overall, the atmosphere was described as tranquil and welcoming, making it a highly recommended choice for a stay in Tulum.
