I always been there but this time was awful many issues the elevator doesn't work No soap on bathroom no curtains plus a remaining fee that no being talk and to much humidity on the rooms

Pros (+) Staff is very helpful and friendly. I loved my view, it’s certainly a reasonable place to stay if you want to be right on the beach. Building is old but well kept. I have no complaints.

Pros (+) Walking distance to shops. Quick trod across parking lot to beach.
Cons (-) No Continental breakfast provided. Beach view only from 3 and 4 floors. Oceanside 1-2 floors view is public parking lot and portable potty!

Pros (+) location with view of beach from top 2 floors....we were on the top floor of the 4 story building........those on floor 1 & 2 would be disappointed. Our room and bathroom were recently redecorated but most of the hotel has the old bathrooms.......funds for that project diverted to hurricane repair.
Cons (-) Elevators and corridors a bit beat up...........

Pros (+) Close to the beach/ beach view. Room was clean. Check in /check out was quick and everything went smoothly. Clean, comfortable bed. Room was spacious. Two nice swimming pools. Cute tiki bar. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Convenient parking.
Cons (-) I know they have made a lot of updates recently since owners/management changed. Nice changes, but could still use some updating to carpet and bathrooms.

Pros (+) Bed was extremely comfortable and room was big. Great beach location.
Cons (-) Room needed general maintenance. Air conditioner did not keep the room dry. Hotel needs laundry facility, vending machines, and a less pricey option for beach equipment rentals.

Pros (+) Great location. Had a pool.great balcony. Quick walk to beach and restaurants.
Cons (-) The coffee maker overfilled my cup and I was burned trying to catch the spill before it ran down the electrical cord in the back which would have gone directly into the extension outlet. The outlet in the bathroom kept tripping and had to be reset a few times. The price was pretty high for the weekend I stayed but I was willing to pay to see if it was worth it. Wish the pool was open later than it...

Pros (+) Location was walking distance to everything which was great because traffic was ridiculous. The bed and pillows are the most comfortable thing I've ever experienced! Another plus is the Italian restaurant inside the hotel, I highly recommend it.
