Staff was amazing and very knowledgeable. Friendly as well. The only downside is that the pool and fitness area is a long way from my tower. It is a little crazy!

Pros (+) Stayed in tall oval shaped tower. Was nice. Staff nice. Location great for getting around all of downtown by foot. Lovely gesture from hotel for me and my fiancé upon check-in.

Cons (-) Value for the money is low in my opinion. The rooms are very small with out of date coffee makers. Ocean views come at a very high premium. Some rooms (including suites) do not even include bathtubs. Few amenities included in the base rates, including a spartan number of bathroom toiletries. There is only one small restaurant and bar area despite the 700+ rooms. We will try another hotel the next ...

Pros (+) Staff is most friendly.
Cons (-) Restaurant choices were poor. The only sensible thing to do was get room service which is more costly. Very few options offered at the restaurant as opposed to room service. Parking even for a hotel guest was too pricey. They didn't clean my room the second day.
