Overview

Château Saint-Martin & Spa is a pearl of the Oetker Collection and a romantic five star hotel, rich in history. This location high up in the hills of Vence was chosen by the 12th century Knights Templar for its strategic advantage, today guests find the panoramic views simply breathtaking. All are charmed by the countryside's rare beauty and the delicious flavours of France in gastronomy, wine and surrounding culture. The 52 rooms and suites are full of architectural character, one of the most charming is the two floored Honeymoon Suite reached by a narrow spiral staircase. Rooms are light with Mediterranean sunshine, suites have fabulous terraces overlooking the Côte d'Azur and interiors are finished with a soft French elegance.
