Pros (+) Fantastic and friendly staff! Great location for seeing the sites on a short visit, comfortable beds as well. Couldn't ask for better hotel for the money, paid much more for less throughout Europe.
Cons (-) No real view out of the window, but if you plan to be out and about, this shouldn't be an issue.
