The car was perfect. We did not expect so much comfort and a quality car like that.Cons:
The staff was bad. I mean, she was really bad. She did not want to help up at all and the answers came with a bad mood and even putting some kind of terror since we chose not to take insurance. Also, I'm worried about the $210 that was temporaly charged in my credit card and it was not cancelled yet7.6 Good

Pros:
The car and pick up and drop off were fine---eventually. But the frustrations came when trying to get Enterprise on the phone to talk to a live person about a serious problem.Cons:
2 months in advance, we chose the wrong pick-up date in Quebec. We couldn't correct it online or by phone and on arrival had to taxi to the office to try to fix it. Jonte Jyne was very helpful. But Enterprise's voice-mail system is the WORST!8.0 Very good

One fact and the only disappointment was no indication at any point on the reservation that the rental was “off airport” adding a cab ride and time that was NOT accounted for. Not being from the region the address was NOT obvious to me.9.2 Wonderful
