Cons: Overall I enjoyed my Time there, but this is would you (Hotel) should take care of: 1.) my Room smelt like old Smoke from Cigarettes. (I guess that was just a bad coincidence and is not the permanent condition for every room) 2.) in my Room the whole bathroom gets flooded when you take a shower. (would be easy to fix l, if you build a strip.) If you have Problems with Noise, it was really loud, cause a big Street is nearby. For me that's not an issue.

Pros: The location is great especially for spring/summer/autumn, tight at the beach, but not so functional for dinner. Bathroom small, shower not closed all water was out all over the floor, no ventilation, 1 bulb working, very bad lightning... The TV channels were digital and those in English were not accessible.
Cons: Price was high for the season. One of the personnel was a liar. Asking her for cheaper solution, she looked at her own business offered only taxi option, where there public transportation all day for 4.5Euro. They did not do discuss prices when you show better price from other properties, up to 50% off.

Pros: This was one of the most spacious and soundproof hotels we ever stayed in. It has all the benefits of apartments and at the same time it has a Great Front-office, Room-Service and Bar team. The room is perfectly equipped, it has each and every thing you may ever need, e.g. ice bucket and ice in the fridge, wine opener and a wide choice of glasses, comfortable sitting area and full-scale table. Good bath amenities, bathrobes and slippers, shower is also very ergonomic. Easy heating control. The breakfast is just perfect, with Feta, Greek yogurt, coffee, house teas, fresh juices and fruits, variety of croissants and traditional Greek bakery. Great sea views and sunsets. The most well-equipped gym I've seen in Europe!
Cons: Nothing can be done better. Despite there is noise from the highway but nothing can be done with that given the building location, and the soundproof for winter months is enough. Maybe adding complimentary bottle of wine would help those who want to chill in the terrace. For summer months some tumble dryer is needed. Dear hosts, you may consider adding ice coffee (freddo) to the bar menu or breakfast.

Pros: Friendly staff, we took advantage of the parking slot at the entrance, elegant interior.
Cons: We found an ant infestation in the room (1st floor) and the staff promptly provided an alternative room at the same floor. In the morning we found some ants on the floor, again. The reception apologized but I hope they sorted it out, luckily we had to stay on that night only.

Pros: very hospitable reception lady ; good location if you want to be at ~30 min. ride from airport with X96 bus and visit Voula or Vouliagmeni Lake (winter swim is possible, temperature being ~21-22 degrees Celsius) ; non-stop coffee local next to the hotel, at ground floor.
Cons: the hotel needs extensive renovation ; only one shared toilet at the first floor with a faulty door, almost impossible to be closed ; no warm water in the room.

If TV, phone charger and AC on, be prepared for electricity to go down.

Cons: We had a spa treatment massage and facial. I had a gal very nice but very new and spoke no English. I would not recommend spa service the facial consisted of 2 masks and some location. No massage of arms or head. Just left me lying there while the mask was on. The massage was just ok, very little pressure or precise technique. Very expensive too.

Cons: The AC hotel wide would not go below about 73 degrees F. We thought it was broken in our room only so requested a different room and it was exactly the same. Even at 73 it felt like it was blowing warm stale air.

Pros: The free airport shuttle made the location perfect. The meals were surprisingly good - both dinner and the buffet breakfast. There is a modest gym, which was useful. Comfortable room. We stayed one night, before a flight home, which worked perfectly.

Pros: The Margi is more than a hotel, it's heaven on Earth. I loved the fabulous spa, especially the heated pool, it's divine, and the back massage was also refreshing.The staff were super attentive and caring, they surprised me with a nice little cake and a cocktail on my birthday. The hotel itself is like a hidden jewel-box in Vouliagmeni, and the meals in Malabar restaurant are freshly made and delicious.

Pros: This perfect hotel/spa is located about a block from the water. My coworker and I were in the Margi for five days in March. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was great for breakfast, and we had a good diner one night. I used the spa, great services! Very nice bedding, showers and room!
Cons: Walls are a little thin, my buddy had an enthusiastic couple next door, and it was a little loud.

Pros: Staff was super super friendly, attentive and hospitable. The room service food was AMAZING. We had our two small dogs with us and everyone was nice and understanding about them. We all felt very welcomed at the hotel. I also booked our ferry ride through the reception and received it right away. Would definitely recommend and go again.

Pros: The Tropical Hotel needs a big big compliment! We were in Athens when Greece was schutdown due coronavirus. Every tour was canceled, al stores shops and restaurants were closed aswell. The Tropical hotel took really good care of us. If we had questions or other stuff like food, they were helpfull and kind. Even when they were very busy they allways were kind to us. Further the hotel was beautiful and WIFI was good. Nice location and by bus you are in the center of Athens in about 10 to 15 minutes.

Pros: Great location, right opposite the beach and next to bus stop for the airport. Fantastic customer service the reception and breakfast staff are very friendly and helpful. I return every time to this hotel and am treated as a valued guest and the staff help me with information and advice on what to do in Athens. Breakfast is great a mix of American and Greek food and the rooms very comfortable.

Shopping mall near by too ,by taxi 10min ride ,has got nice shops ,restaurant ,bowling .

Pros: Unfortunately from check in to check out, this property was a disappointment. We actually checked out early to stay at another boutique hotel in the area.
Cons: There’s a drainage smell that’s poorly covered by bad air freshener. Breakfast spread is below average. The air conditioning in the “suite” didn’t cool properly. This and it’s big sister property was probably a great hotel 20 years ago but in great need of a revamp.

Pros: We liked the location very much, it was close to Athens and our wedding venue. The pizza from room service was also really good! Room was decent in terms of cleanliness but nothing special in terms of design, very standard.
Cons: The service was absolutely horrendous! They charged us double for 4 room service meals and added it to our bill even though we paid cash. We had to argue with the front desk for several hours to get the issue fixed. The people were extremely rude and did not treat us well. For the amount we paid we were extremely disappointed and wouldn't stay again!

Pros: Big comfortable family room. Great breakfast with diet food. The room was clean two times a day. Housekeeping brings chocolate and water. Nice Spa with swimming pool. Outside there are pools with normal water and sea water. Beach very comfortable too. Clean and modern.

Cons: Old hotel, in serious need of refurbishing and structural upgrading, no acoustic isolation in walls, ceiling, and windows, could hear bathroom noise from room above and next to mine, loud traffic noise from street until late at night, though room was on back side (cannot imagine noise in rooms on street side), noisy fridge with humming motor (had to unplug it to be able to sleep), large bed taking up most of the walking area in room. Breakfast was relatively poor.

Pros: This was one of the most spacious and soundproof hotels we ever stayed in. It has all the benefits of apartments and at the same time it has a Great Front-office, Room-Service and Bar team. The room is perfectly equipped, it has each and every thing you may ever need, e.g. ice bucket and ice in the fridge, wine opener and a wide choice of glasses, comfortable sitting area and full-scale table. Good bath amenities, bathrobes and slippers, shower is also very ergonomic. Easy heating control. The breakfast is just perfect, with Feta, Greek yogurt, coffee, house teas, fresh juices and fruits, variety of croissants and traditional Greek bakery. Great sea views and sunsets. The most well-equipped gym I've seen in Europe!
Cons: Nothing can be done better. Despite there is noise from the highway but nothing can be done with that given the building location, and the soundproof for winter months is enough. Maybe adding complimentary bottle of wine would help those who want to chill in the terrace. For summer months some tumble dryer is needed. Dear hosts, you may consider adding ice coffee (freddo) to the bar menu or breakfast.

Pros: Friendly staff, we took advantage of the parking slot at the entrance, elegant interior.
Cons: We found an ant infestation in the room (1st floor) and the staff promptly provided an alternative room at the same floor. In the morning we found some ants on the floor, again. The reception apologized but I hope they sorted it out, luckily we had to stay on that night only.

Pros: The location is great especially for spring/summer/autumn, tight at the beach, but not so functional for dinner. Bathroom small, shower not closed all water was out all over the floor, no ventilation, 1 bulb working, very bad lightning... The TV channels were digital and those in English were not accessible.
Cons: Price was high for the season. One of the personnel was a liar. Asking her for cheaper solution, she looked at her own business offered only taxi option, where there public transportation all day for 4.5Euro. They did not do discuss prices when you show better price from other properties, up to 50% off.
