Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's unbeatable location right at the airport, making it ideal for late arrivals, early departures, and layovers. Many mention the beds are very comfortable and the rooms clean, contributing to a restful stay. However, a recurring complaint is the high price, with several guests feeling the hotel is overpriced for what it offers. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others report issues with check-in, attitude, and attention to detail. Overall, the location and comfort are the standout positives, but value for money is a concern.

Room was average for the price. Refrigerator was not working and the staff on check in only provided info on the bar and tried to push paying for breakfast. No mention of other facilities such as fitness or pool

Pros (+) The room was great very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great.

Cons (-) We had a spa treatment massage and facial. I had a gal very nice but very new and spoke no English. I would not recommend spa service the facial consisted of 2 masks and some location. No massage of arms or head. Just left me lying there while the mask was on. The massage was just ok, very little pressure or precise technique. Very expensive too.
