10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room and breakfast facility easy to navigate with a walker. Staff vary accommodating with room service as I was there recovering from a recent surgery and was in the room most of the time.
Cons: Unfortunately they didn’t clear the sidewalks around the building enough for me to walk outside with my walker. It snowed and was windy the week we stayed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was clean, the staff was polite, the breakfast was great. The workwr at breakfast went out of her way to provide me with gluten free options. It was so nice to be able to eat more them just eggs and fruit.
Cons: No, it was a great place and we will stay again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice friendly staff. Allowed me to stay an extra hour without charging. Nice and clean.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to the lake
Cons: Parking lot water drainage was blocked o
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great! We love it! Taking some pictures and videos. Definitely worth to stay. If we have time, we will stay longer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: location, friendly staff, great breakfast.
7.0 Good
Pros: Decent breakfast. Good location.
Cons: Light in room couldn't be plugged in unless you moved it. Exercise room was so so.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Complimentary breakfast was great for our family!
Cons: The only downfall was the smoking area is right outside the suites at the end so you smell the smoke every time someone is outside.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is absolutely beautiful and the complimentary breakfast is super tasty!
Cons: It seems that there are never rooms with king size beds available on the lakeside? A lakeside room for 2 with a king bed would make our stays here even more cozy.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly and efficient.
Cons: The hotel is beautiful, but the windows in the common areas are big and I think a little dated..... it was negative 15 degrees outside and very chilly when outside the room. The staff was very sweet to help locate space heaters for our conference room to help keep the temperature up, but we were all wearing our coats indoors on that first day......
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: Stated there was a hot breakfast meal, but did not have one. Alaska allows for the hot meal during this virus time.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The view
Cons: The areas on the room used more frequently were in decent condition however it’s clear to see that other areas of the room are grossly neglected. Also the first room we had we had to move because the toilet wouldn’t flush, the 2nd room was okay until the toilet also quit flushing. I opted to get another room on my dime just to try and rest without having to move, got into room and couldn’t help but notice a putrid smell, it smelled like vomit and raspberries Bacardi, there was also tons of dust particles floating they the air. Tried to do laundry and it looks like the washer and dryer were the first of their kind right after the self wringing washer and hanging your clothes on a clothesline were your only options. Put clothes in dryer and there was something strange going on there. I immediately stopped doing laundry and left with my wet clothes. I’ll leave it at that. Also couldn’t help but notice the hallway had a variety of smells, every 10’ or so I smelled a different smell but mostly smoke. Last bit not least we figured out why our most recent room had floaters everywhere, the heater/air conditioner had an inch of dust and debris on the filter/trap and was in dire need of a cleaning. I don’t think the carpet is very sanitary. Don’t think I’ll stay here again.
