Floor in the room was quite dirty (can feel the stickiness when walking on barefoot). Food crumbs was discovered under the bed. Microwave has food stain and it literally stinks. Very strong febreze scent upon entering the room. It is as-if they are trying to cover some scent (cigarette ?) in the room. Room deadbolt doesn't work (deadbolt doesn't align). Cons (-) Since I didn't book through the actual hotel and through kayak I was told that if someone came to check in before me they could potentially get my room due to the fact the hotel was so booked. So even though I paid for it asks reserved it on kayak, I had to make a special trip to the hotel then back to down town Pittsburgh in order to check in so they didn't give my room away.
