Pros (+) Extremely courteous and helpful every time I needed help from the staff ( for example when getting my room key reprogrammed every so often).
Cons (-) The room keys have an incredible tendency to lose the programming whenever in a close proximity of your phone or any other magnetic type item. This was pretty annoying but quickly resolved at the desk.
