First the food and gardens are out of this world. Unfortunately we had multiple issues with staff starting with never responding to our pre arrival email inquiring about dining reservations. Once on site staff did not appear to know the area and gave questionable advice on activities. Housekeeping was very erratic and not detail oriented.
