Disgusting and not well prepared
The customer service was horrible. The room was "newly renovated" but found dead bugs in the room. I can't express how horrible we were treated.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever
Linda, at the front desk, was very sweet and tried to be very helpful.
Burn marks and stains in the sheets and pillowcases. “Stuff” (I’m afraid to know what) smeared across the walls. Holes in the ceiling, dirty ice bucket, dead bugs on the counter and soap dish. When I called the front desk to inform them that my toilet wasn’t working (it didn’t work when I checked in) I was asked if I wanted a plunger... I’ve been in a lot of budget motels, I don’t have very high standards, and I was afraid to touch anything here.
