Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location close to downtown and attractions. However, many reviews mention significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, stained linens, and musty smells. The breakfast is often described as minimal or disappointing, and several guests report poor service and unhelpful staff. Amenities like the pool and fitness area are frequently unavailable or unsatisfactory. Overall, while the location is a highlight, the hotel struggles with cleanliness, service, and amenities.
