Pros (+) Location was excellent. Fairly clean. Bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) Stayed in room 20. Said it was non smoking but you could tell someone was smoking in a nearby room.

Pros (+) I liked the clean bathroom and how cheap the motel was considering the time of year we went (summer). They also threw in passes to the Chula Vista resort and had a great discount for Mt. Olympus. Close to downtown as well.
Cons (-) We had some obnoxious neighbors that got incredibly drunk at 3am and tried to break into our room from a connecting doorway in the room. Paper thin walls made it so you could hear everyone! I'd only recommend staying here if saving money is an absolute neccesity.

Pros (+) The River Road is a clean comfortable hotel with nice beds nice towels and nice Decor ....I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

Cons (-) Being woken up at 1:45 AM by a fighting couple and then at 2 AM the next fighting couple directly above stomped around in a 15x15 room like they were on crack and couldn't control themselves. This went on until 4:30 AM and by that time we gave up. Also no phone in room to call the office.
