Pros: The hotel was so central, exceptionally clean and so modern. The staff were amazing. So accommodating and helpful and very friendly. All the staff spoke fluent English. One of the best hotels in Europe I have stayed in. 10/10 for me will definitely be back!!

Pros: Bed was comfortable.
Cons: We had an executive room on 10th floor. First morning we woke up at 7am due to loud construction noise you can hear even through close windows. We had also only one pair of slippers for two persons and one shampoo. So we asked to move us to another room at the other side of the building. It was much better from the point of the noise, but there was some problem with heating - very cold in the room in the evening. Also since the day we came until the checkout (3 days) parking bars wasn’t working automatically, so the ticket was for nothing. We had to call reception every time we needed to enter and exit the parking space and the wasn’t every time available and also when they couldn’t hear you or understand the just didn’t open the gate, so we had to call again. And we could wait there every time for approximately 5-7 minutes!!!! It’s not something I would have expected from a 4* hotel.

Cons: Kids get to sleep on couch that has a big dip in the middle so my boys moaned all day as they obviously never got good sleep. On the plus side they had a mid day nap. The air in the room is very dry and when turning temperature down in stays warm through the night. There is no option to open the window. Saying all that hotel is very clean, rooms are modern and staff is friendly (exept ladies serving breakfast who denied my 9 yo hot waffle, made him take cold and made him cry).

Pros: The room was fine, as was the hotel location. Our room was wonderfully quiet, being situated overlooking the inner courtyard. Wi-fi was perfectly fast enough for us.
Cons: Breakfast was slightly problematic; upon arriving to eat (having pre-paid) we were initially told that we'd already eaten! This was sorted-out, and we were admitted to eat. The kitchen seems to have a problem with its dishwasher: more than once I found cups and bowls to be unclean, or to have fragments of food adhering. I brought this to the attention of the receptionist.

Cons: We booked 2 rooms for 4 people for a whole week. One room however was below our expectations (room 314 I think). It was dated, had no carpet, no fridge and only one bedside lamp (maybe was meant fo single occupancy?). We didn’t like it but we thought we won’t make any fuss about it. On day three though we had to change the room as, unfortunately, we noticed water coming through the panel flooring. Front desk staff were helpful however didn’t seem to be surprised - perhaps it happened before?

Cons: Sauna temperamental. Only heats up at certain times. Informed hotel of this and was told nothing they could do. Very slippy tiles with slippers provided in pool, nearly fell and cracked my skull several times. Accident waiting to happen. Hotel deactivated key card before check out at 12 so got stuck in lift when bringing down bags at 11.55. Nobody answered alarm in lift, query if out of order. Was stuck in there for 5 minutes with lights off. Very traumatic as hotel did not answer phone when tried to call from inside lift. Only got out as lift was called by another guest upstairs. No apologies given by hotel, just told that cards often prematurely deactivate. Health and safety risk for sure. If you have claustrophobia please avoid lifts. Ordered room service but hotel would not charge from room bill. Instead forced to pay in cash and did not get change back from bill.

But I was expecting at least to be clean. The room in question (107) is quite small. There are 2 beds a small desk and 2 dirty chairs. The desk was full of coffee drops. Curtains old & dirty. The Mattress also was dirty and the sheets were not covering it properly. The hotel definitely needs to be refreshed. I Won't come back.

Pros: Nice staff friendly environment they didn't change our bed sheet throughout the stay and wanted us to pay another day when we booked for three days 17th-20th November and we arrived to the hotel at 1am in the morning on the 18th and had to change room because our first room was full of dust a the toilet was dirty !
Cons: This is my third stay this which is overall good but standards seem to be slipping .!
I had to ask for clean towels twice , when i asked for a late check out we were told that we had to pay around £20 for a couple of hours these are the rules we were told !.

Cons: The wifi doesn't work. Beds are uncomfortable. Room was cold, the window could not be closed entirely. Awful I won't stay here again. There are other beautiful hostels in Wrocław.
