Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and views, especially of Mount Ararat. However, many reviews mention poor breakfast quality and limited variety, cleanliness issues in rooms and bathrooms, and inconsistent or unfriendly service. Some guests also feel the hotel does not offer good value for the price, citing outdated facilities and lack of amenities. Overall, the location is the main highlight, but there are significant concerns about other aspects.
