The staff were very welcoming and friendly abd the hotel was only a 10 minute walk from the city centre.

Rooms a little small and no bath. The hostess was very caring and attentive.
We were not informed by booking.com there was a charge for credit cards. However the charge was withdrawn when I ointed this out.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Didn't have much time for breakfast, but they managed to get it served in a timely manner

The nearness to York City was great.
Bed was very soft - parking a bit tight on street but permit was provided.Had difficulty attracting staff's attention on arrival!
