Cons (-) Carpets stained, abandoned cars on the property, ceiling plaster falling on the bathroom floor, people loitering and smoking at the entrance door, the smoke alarm was in a drawer, shower curtain falling down, trash sitting in the hallway in a bag for two days. talked to 4 others guests and they had the same experience. this place needs to be torn down now.

Pros (+) The air conditioner worked and the area/room was quiet
Cons (-) Dirty, paint was peeling off, comforter in non smoking room with burns on it, the tub had layers peeling, the sink was partially clogged, the rug hag and almost sticky feel and the over indulgence of insents burning throughout the floor from the family that owned the property living in the rooms down the hall made me sick.

Pros (+) I liked the shampoo they provided.
Cons (-) It was dirty, smelled like mildew and cigarettes (understanding I was in a smoking room), the box spring sheets had mold and dirt all over them. As a last minute to I will never go there again and I'll spend the extra $20 to go someplace a bit nicer.
