Staff was nice, however they had no record of our booking, and we had to rent for a higher cost than what our originally booked amount was.Cons:
Careful even if you have a confirmation #, we had ours and they still didn't have any record of our rental, even after I showed the agent my confirmation # and screen shot of the booking.10.0 Wonderful

Sure...$1 per day to rent the car and $49 per day required for insurance. Pretty expensive for a mini and underpowered vehicle.5.6 Fair

Cons:
We rented a car for 10 days in Cabo Mexico. They refused to take our travel insurance or anything similar. They made us buy their insurance which is almost 2.5 times the cost of the car itself per day. Everything ended up costing 4 times more than we anticipated. This information was not available ANYWHERE when we booked the cars ahead of time. I feel scammed.Budget

Cons:
If you tell me a quote, I call specifically to confirm that quote, offer to pay over the phone saying I don't want to pay anything more than this quote when I get to the office, they refuse but reassure me that the price won't change when I get there and then when I get to the office they tell me no way they can accommodate the price quoted and I need to pay mandatory insurance which will cost me $400 more than my original quote, and of course I don't have phone service to find competitors and end up just eating the cost.2.0 Poor

It's the usual bait-and-switch Mexico. The car rental was $4 and then they hit you with the ridiculous insurance and then while no other then there we have used if charged a drop-off fee at the airport or the hotel they charged us $16 plus tax to drop off the car after not mentioning them when I booked it.Dollar
