Terrible experience. Would NEVER use them again. It took an hour in a very short line to get to even speak to someone at the desk. They were screwing around with us asking for auto insurance (which I don’t have and have never been asked for when renting a car, and my credit card covers rentals). They said my credit card coverage wasn’t enough. I’ve rented cars plenty of times and have never been forced into buying MORE auto insurance coverage. When my partner asked to switch the reservation into her name because she did have auto insurance, they told us that we could not do that. They also said we could not make a new reservation with them at the desk which was completely false as they advertised available cars to anyone who wanted to walk up and make a reservation. They took their sweet time despite being told we had a rush to the hospital for a family emergency. Completely lacking empathy and any sort of morals. I would never rent from them again. It was an absolute nightmare and full on scam.Reviewed 5 Feb 2026

Price was great, service another matter. Not enough people at the desk and wait were long. Got held up when they asked for certificate of insurance and I was never asked for this before. They also overcharged me for Tolls and when I brough the car back they didn't care that I had no radio/media all week as the volume was broken and the car needed oil and warning light came on.Reviewed 4 Feb 2026

woman at counter, when i arrived, was extremely kind and helpful. she set me up with the proper expectation and they pulled through with what they promised. i was given a new car that fulfilled all that i expected. i also received my deposit back in a timely fashion. i will be referring Ace to friends that go to vegas transportation was provided from airport and back i couldn't have asked any more than what i received.Reviewed 2 Feb 2026

What could have been better is the shuttle. When I called they said it would be up to 10 minutes which is fine but 20 minutes later with an additional person calling for the shuttle again it still took 20 minutes out in the cold. I called a 2nd time and they said it could be up to another 10 minutes (making it a total of 30 minutes) . Luckily it showed up 2 minutes later. I live local so if I didnt leave my job early I would have never made the 1130 closing time with how the shuttle was. Staff was nice and friendly though.Reviewed 21 Jan 2026
