I arrived at midnight to pick up an SUV reserved. I was told that I was late and the had given the SUV to another customer. I required a seven passenger vehicle to transport my family while in Florida. I returned the vehicle three days later and was double charged. Further, I went to the airport and reserved a seven passenger SUV from a competitor without hassle. I would not recommend an offsite vehicle renting company. I had asked for a mini van and told I would get one. We had 7 people with luggage and we got a small suv that was hard to get into the back and our luggage had to be put in laps! When you order in advance you should get what you paid for!Reviewed 7 Jan 2025

Pick up was great! Had the car ready we had asked for. Unfortunately the guy at the counter changed my drop off time from my reservation so they tried to charge us an extra two hours when we returned the car. The man who was there helped out and was able to make sure we were not overcharged. I appreciate him but wish the other guy hadn’t done that on the front end.Reviewed 5 Jan 2025
