Getting off the plane and trying to find ace was a terrible experience. Called multiple times and could not understand the VISCOUNT instructions that the person on the phone continued to tell me. When I arrived the car I had booked was not available. I had booked a full size. They would only give me the premium which was a Charger. We choose a full size for our rental because we had three adults and I wanted the back seat to be comfortable. A charger does not have a comfortable back seat and the gas mileage was much lower. It was not a comparable rental. The only other option I was given was to upgrade to the Jeep Cherokee for more than twice the daily rate of the original rental. Then I was lied to about the local gas price. I was offered a fill up at 30 cents less then local. I said "so that would be $3.95?" I was told that it would be $4.35. That was not 30 cents less than the gas station less than a mile from the rental property. The final straw was the shuttle. The listing states shuttle to the airport. The shuttle goes to a rental agency to get another shuttle to the airport. What should have been a 12 minute drive turned into a 45 minute stress test. When you are dealing with people who clearly are going to the airport you should be more up front on how long it will take. All in all a terrible experience and I should have rented from anyone else at the airport.Reviewed 31 May 2023

I feel there was a bit of false advertising as the rental criteria I chose was for an airport location and not a shuttle. This last minute understanding caused a colleague to have to Uber to town. When explaining this over the reception phone, I received some attitude from the woman at the desk. Additionally there was chocolate all over the passenger car seat, dials and driver side wall.Reviewed 30 May 2023

We were denied using our own car insurance and was charged an exorbitant rate. After the rental began we left several messages to rectify this but was never contacted back. It took away any value that we were supposed to have gotten through Kayak.Reviewed 30 May 2023

Car was not as described, not clean, with breaks issues, and they charged $90 + tax to pick up the car a couple of hours before. I have to let you know that at drop off, it was a very good employee that make me $90 discount for the trouble. Overall experience at location, make me feel like we still in the pandemic with not many employees and IPads with employees in the other side.Reviewed 28 May 2023
