Pros:It was a new vehicle in good condition and it was clean but a major downgrade from what Kayak advertised and what I expected based on how much I paid.Cons:The staff was friendly but it was super frustrating how much time they made me waste while coercing me to buy extra insurance that I didn't want or need. I didn't appreciate all their intimidation techniques as well as with the prepayment of the fuel tank as if that was the only option. Also Kayak advertised a Chevrolet Tahoe or equivalent for the full size SUV category and when I got there they said the Chevrolet Equinox was their full size version and had nothing bigger available without a major increase in price. I feel ripped off on every front and will never again rent through Kayak or from Alamo.Reviewed 20 Feb. 2020

Cons:We reserved a vehicle from this company when we were at home, but when we arrived at the airport we were told the car we had reserved was already rented out to somebody, and instead were offered a more expensive alternative option that we had to turn down.Reviewed 7 Aug. 2019

Cons:Everything went wrong. The vehicle that I reserved wasn’t the one they wanted to give me. When I showed them a picture of vehicle or similar they blamed kayak for error. They wanted to give me a smaller vehicle for same price. I ended up using another rental company.Reviewed 27 Jun. 2019
