I liked that there was a representative asking questions about our rentals as we exited the building to the parking lot. She looked at our paperwork and pointed at the cars that worked for the rental. We were free to choose what we liked. It turned out my options were large SUV and I asked the lady if I could have something smaller and it wasn’t a problem. I loved that! I chose a GMC and enjoyed the car immensely.Reviewed 27 Jul 2026

Very good last minute prices. The cleanliness of the car wasn't great, especially inside. But the workers were nice and the rental experience was seamless. Picking up and dropping off at Boston airport is a challenge, but Alamo can't be blamed for that.Reviewed 24 Jul 2026
