I did not receive this rental and was still charged for the insurance. Bad experience overall. I called the day before asked if I could use my debit card and to clarify insurance. Was told yes. I could use my navy federal card for this. Arrived- could not use it. Wasted my whole morning and had to take my personal vehicle. Then had to perform multiple services to my car for the trip and had to replace two perfectly good tires when I returned because of road conditions. Cost me and I STILL have not received a refund for insurance I never got. Scam.Reviewed 27 Jun 2026
