The first car had breaks problems and the AC didn’t function properly and in Florida you really need a working AC. We miss 3 days of fun because we had to stay home because it was dangerous to drive with my small kids in the car since they were overheating. After making me go to 2 différents locations to change it for nothing since they had no similar car in stock, they gave me a Waggoner that was old and shaking while driving on the highway. Very bad experience, I will NEVER reserve a car with Alamo again. Costumer service is total garbage.Reviewed 6 Aug 2026

Staff was very friendly. Arrived while a large number of returns were happening, so had to wait a few minutes until the 'next one was ready'. Otherwise the car was great, clean, and a good value. Would continue renting from this Alamo.Reviewed 5 Aug 2026
