It's difficult to find the location to return the rental car to Alamo at MXP (Milan malpensa Airport). On your return to the airport, once you get into the airport proper here are two sets of signs - the first set has Alamo and an arrow, the second set of signs does not mention Alamo and so you have a decision to make - do I go left or do I go right. We went left - which was wrong, ended up at SIXT. They gave us directions back to Alamo.Reviewed 10 Oct 2025

The car was fantastic! Brand new so was great. The only issues were that the branch I was told to go to was closed! There was a sign for a different branch so I had to walk 1.2kms to get there, and then had to wait for quite a while. Apart from this it was great. Drop off was seamless.Reviewed 6 Oct 2025

No blame on Alamo, but a blame on Kayak and Expedia. My search on Kayak resulted in me opting for a car (insurance included) at Alamo at Brussels Airport. But instead of directing me to the Alamo website for actual booking, Kayak sent me to the Expedia website (intermediary) where I then did the booking. When I turned up at the Alamo counter in Brussels, it turned out they had a reservation without insurance on my name. And I had not received any voucher from Expedia or Kayak, so I had to put up more money to make sure I was insured. (Calling the Expedia so-called "customer center" was the usual ordeal, of course: ultra-long wait times and horribly annoying robo-menus, leading to 0% result and 100% frustration.)Reviewed 2 Oct 2025
