Lots of hidden fees, in Kayak, a three day rental shows about 150. The final invoice ended up 400. There’s additional premium location fee, and bunch of other fees. Insurance costs about 40 a day, and the front desk added a fuel option saying I can cancel it later which I dont understand.Reviewed 16 Mar 2025

I had a terrible experience with Alamo. They falsely charged me for pre-existing damage and only removed the charge after I provided time-stamped photos as proof. It was their responsibility to document the vehicle’s condition, not mine. This caused unnecessary stress during my vacation and felt like an attempt to scam me.
