Pros:The car was a good value for the money.Cons:They did not have my reservation in the system when I dropped off the car, so I had to wait for them to finish with another customer so they could locate it. All great except drop off at St. Louis airportPros:Picking the car up was efficient and was quickly on my way. The rate was very good. I believe i was bumped up or else the cars were larger than i expected. In any event the Jeep i rented was clean and very comfortable.Cons:I was disappointed the airport was the only location i could drop the car. Few if any other Alamo locations in the St. Louis area had after hours drop available. In addition, the signage around the airport directing a driver to the rental car drop location could be much improved. I missed a turn and almost gave up just before i found the Alamo location.Reviewed 12 Sep. 2016
