made a reservation came in. They told me to go to the main desk after I walked into the parking lot and there was no one there so then I had to walk back and it took me about an hour and a half to get no results I ended up canceling and going with anotherprovider because they didn’t have any cars ready.Reviewed 27 Aug 2025

The location inside the airport was closed, so we had to walk far to the parking garage and then to Hertz. It had been a rough day with flying and Danny wasn’t helpful. He was slow at everything, a line was building up and the other employees weren’t jumping on a computer to help. Danny asked if I wanted the toll option and I said no, he didn’t like my answer and wanted to confirm, and I kind of snapped. He needed to turn on his hearing aid and listen and read the room. Just the way he handled situations wasn’t the best. I had used a debit card to pay online but then when we were at the little kiosk, he was a little snarky about debit cards and so I was like would you prefer a credit card and he was all giddy and said yes, so I used my debit card. Everyone had been trying to get home and our flight was diverted and a lot of flights were cancelled. Danny should’ve read the room and not acted the way he did. He shouldn’t have kept asking after I said no. Someone else should’ve been on a computer to get things going faster. The car was ok, good price, but not as comfortable as I expected.Reviewed 28 May 2025
