Due to the air traffic glitch in Europe our flight into Venice was canceled. We arrived by trail after midnight. The next day we went to get our car and was informed they would not honor our reservation because we were late. We were priced gouged on the one day rental fee and then when we returned the car we were wrongly accused and charged for a scratched on the wheel cover.Reviewed 31 Aug. 2023
