Terrible customer service on venizia
Pros: The main employee (male no name tag) in Venezia was not helpful, effecicient or nice. Luckily his junior female employee stepped in to help us (I had my wallet stolen with my drivers license and since the reservation was in my name we had to change the name and driver to my wife. He refused to help going on a rant that he didn’t even have time to do his job ... which I though was customer service especially when I called the hertz customer service number in my kayak email and reached him. He blamed the fact that he had no computer. Definitely not up to the standard of Hertz.
Cons: The young female employee (again no name tag) helped us after the male employee yelled at us for 15 minutes and had us on our way in 10.

Pros: When we got there in the rain the attendant made us feel right at home and made sure we understood the car we were renting
Cons: Not a great selection of cars

Pros: The pickup location was convenient to all major expressways....
Cons: According to Hertz employee, the office closed at noon. However, he would help me... my car was no longer available when I arrived at 2pm. So 100 euros later, I was given a replacement car.

Pros: it was easy to return car --- just drop off and have the attendant gave us the receive with the returning time on it.
