Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near public transit, the quality and variety of the breakfast, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with several guests noting clean rooms and well-kept common areas, though a few mentioned areas needing updates or refurbishment. Room size was also mentioned positively. Some guests raised concerns about outdated facilities, occasional maintenance issues, and inconsistent service, but overall, the positive aspects outweighed the negatives for most visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) The whole effort was handled in an unprofessional effort
Pros (+) Loved the breakfast. That is a primary motivator for me at any Embassy Suites. The staff was great. You really can't beat the location and the access to the Metro. Fly or drive to DC and access to anything is easy.
Cons (-) The manager's reception in the evening was meager as far as food was concerned. I have seen much better at other Embassy Suites. The parking rates were outrageous. You pay parking rates that are the equivalent of buying your car a room at other hotel chains.
