I would never book at this hotel ever again. The Front Desk Manager was petty and rude to me when a family member left a review for this establishment. The review was based on the fact that my credit card was compromised and asked if the payment could be made later that evening versus making the payment at checkout for extending the stay for an additional day. I work in the area as an engineer for a prominent company in Alpharetta. Rest assured that I told some key people in management my experience that I had with this hotel. The Front Desk Manager indicated that since a negative review was written, he wanted me to leave the property. Please do not book with them. They evidently have plenty of money since they turned down business. Let this place ROT!!! Do not book a room with them!

I have stayed at this location for over a week. My upcoming check out date is on 7/4/19. Check out time is at noon. I asked the Front Desk Manager if I could extend my stay for an additional day and that I would pay for the room in the evening. He immediately said no without finding out from the if it would be acceptable. I'm disappointed in the manager's action. I will take my business elsewhere.
