Pros:Drop off went well. Car had great gas mileage.
Cons:We waited a long time when we came to pick up the car and it wasn't at the airport like when I booked it.

Cons:Everything was great!
Cons:i will never use kayak
8.4 Very good
Pros:My flight was cancelled from SFO to McKinleyville, so I had to rebook my car rental to leave from SFO and drove north. Top marks to Arlene, who worked very hard to get me the best rebooking deal possible, and it only cost me an extra $75 or so to depart from a completely different city.
Cons:Other than the pain of rescheduling and having to drive an SUV that guzzled gas (I only needed an economy), I appreciated their help and it was a good rental experience.
Pros:Benjamin was courteous, helpful and made my rental experience great!
Pros:Alamo is not open on the weekends. I was not able to rent this car, I had to rent a car for double the price from Hertz, because they were the only people open.
Cons:Alamo actually being open.
Pros:The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I got a really cool car.
Cons:Nothing, everything was great.
Pros:The staff called me just a few hours before my rental to inform me that they had no vehicles available except for one van I asked if they could give me the Vin for the price of my reservation and they said no so I was unable to get to the places I needed to this weekend with my family.
Cons:They shouldn’t have had vehicles available on their website if they weren’t really available. And if they are going to cancel someone’s reservation they should at least first offer the vehicle that you have for the same price of the reservation
Pros:fast easy, polite, clean car.
8.4 Very good
Pros:Pleasant people, nice vehicle, easy in and out. I will rent here again
Cons:There was some confusion about what airport to pick me up, which cost me some time
8.0 Very good
Pros:3rd time renting.. all good, thank you
Cons:No reflection on enterprise.. The Nissan was a very nice rental. The Chevy was ok but sad that its not that nice of a car despite being newer. Wouldnt even charge my phone.. No where near as nice as the nissan(altima?).
Pros:Staff was helpful and was very quick.
Cons:My flight was delayed and so the rental car place was closed. Luckily another rental car company was open and I was able to get a car through them. Very disappointed that National did not stay open knowing they had customers to serve.
