nice location, easy access by metro and walking, but a bit dangerous surounding area.
not stabile hot water supply, during bath, it can turn to too hot or cold.

The location is good as it is very near Omonia metro station (about 5-10 min walk).
However, the staff was rude and not very helpful (esp the hotel manager). The hotel is not service oriented at all and would not go out of their way to assist or pacify unsatisfied customers.
