The breakfast buffet was fantastic The servers were the greatest ! We didn't get what we actually ordered but paid any way . I ordered a western omelette and bacon . But my omelette had extra onions on it and was torn apart . For my wife I ordered two eggs , bacon and a pancake. The pancake was missing and we ask for salt and pepper and hot sauce and never got it as well . They were busy I understand but to pay for a meal incomplete and wrong rubbed me a little bit the wrong way .
Fitness Center was very good for a hotel. The dining options for breakfast in the sit down areas was very expensive and not a lot of choice except for the buffet. I complained on 2 of the intended three nights of smoking. THere was clearly smoking in one of the rooms near mine or on the floor below. The security team agreed and said that they could not do anything about it. Clearly the cleaning staff would have noticed after one night and been able to stop it. I had a headache and woke up with my allergies inflamed . I had to leave the hotel. I went to the Marriott Midtown Suites...awesome...
The bathroom needed a fog fan. One of the shower doors didn't move very well.
Supposed to be free wifi. And free parking not amazing at all
I loved the view from our floor and the room overall was very comfortable and clean. I did not like that you have to pay for wifi unless you are a member.
Rooms were nice and clean For the cost I would hope for a peaceful nights sleep but instead loud music was played half the night along with younger girls running and laughing up and down the hall. Very disrespectful.
Location Breakfast not included
Hotel was very nice and staff was pleasant. Rooms were clean, some of the hallways were a little shabby. Surrounding area was not safe at night. . There were a lot of homeless people in the streets at night who would harass you as you tried to get back to the hotel from dinner. Also price of the hotel was high.
Value for money. Parking cost. Room Size.
Location Did not have a Micro-wave Chair in room torn
Difficult time with many evacuees from a Florida but everyone did the best to cope. Staff were wonderful
I mistakenly booked a reservation here and called 10 mins later to cancel. I was told on the phone that I would not be charged anything for the cancellation but was charged $224 for not staying there. I understand cancellation fees but don't make promises you won't keep.
The staff was excellent from the moment we arrived until check out. Comfortable bed.
Free hotel car within downtown area
The location, the friendly & helpful staff, and the very comfortable room made for a really nice stay. I really didn't expect to enjoy this hotel as much as I did. There wasn't really anything I didn't like. Of course, I always appreciate a free muffin or donut at breakfast when I'm paying over $100 per night, but this isn't a deal breaker for me.
Close to attractions. Breakfast.
Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Did not have to wait for a room Excellent service Convenient to downtown and venue Extra clean room with all amenities Best place to say if in Downtown Atlanta
Location AC unit was noisy and couldn't be controlled. Next door to a Jazz club that plays loud music till 1am. Easily heard in the room.
Location downtown staff breakfast
Location Noisy hvac kept me awake all night Beds VERY bouncy
I liked it here, great location and great service. Since it was under construction it was a lil unappealing but all for the better I do feel like the bathrooms (shower) need to be renovated. It didnt really match the modern appearance of the hotel. And the beds are really hard. Some of the towels and blankets and pillows had stains as well so there are a few things that could be better
The staff was super sweet and helpful. All of them! I feel bad saying anything bad about the hotel bc they literally were so nice! The phone didn't work, someone had to come fix it, the shower head was set up in a way that it was impossible to move in the shower. Really weird. The room was located right next to a busy street and all we heard was trucks all night long. Thin walls and we heard people fighting in other rooms. There was this bright streetlight that shined through our room and curtains. We couldn't keep it out. The parking was annoying and very hard to do in a cramped space. I left my stay early, and complained about the room. The guy at front desk told me he would credit me half the day back, but I ended up being charged another half day and not credited. So I have paid more for a stay than I was suppose to. I've called and left a message anout getting my money back, but no response.
