Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and convenient location near the airport. Many appreciated the spacious rooms and easy check-in process. However, some guests experienced issues with noise, especially from the highway or thin walls, and a few were disappointed by the breakfast quality or lack of free breakfast. There were also occasional complaints about booking errors and difficulties with the wifi.
