Never, have they asked me for such a high amount (12 thousand USD) I purchased $ 60 for your site. Since I did not take any car then the insurance is not valid and therefore I ask you to cancel it. Second, you made me a very big problem, I could not travel with a vehicle with this high deposit amount. I will also contact AVIS Worldwide for an answer regarding this amount. It ruined our trip. Excellent car for a great pricePros:Staff at Avis pickup, Budva were friendly and some spoke very good English. Paperwork was completed efficiently and car (Dacia Sandeep) was new and in great condition. We even returned the car 10 minutes late and no eyebrows were raised.Cons:I opted not to purchase additional cover because the price was too high. However, the staff were fine with this and didn't push me into paying for more cover.Reviewed 9 Sep. 2017
