Are used kayak for two rentals, and both ended up being with Avis. My first experience I was not very good… The rates were different, check-in was difficult, return resulted in charges that had nothing to do with the rental of the vehicle. The second rental went perfectly. The attendant who checked me in on a return was very professional and courteous, unlike the first experience. I guess It is a question of who you get on the staff, because my first experience was really unprofessional.Reviewed 10 Oct. 2021
