Front desk staff very helpful. Cleaners are great and accomodating with cleaning room outside normal time. Restaurant staff always on hand to help with requests. Definitely love this hotel

Nice room with a beautiful river view (upgrade option). Big comfortable bed and soft sheets. Excellent breakfast options. All the staff friendly and courteous. Easy access to river boats. Nice pool.

“Excellent hospitality, quality service everywhere in the hotel”
“Amazing views from skyline river view room! Room service food was excellent and delivered timely. Staff always smiling and helpful. The Chatrium boat shuttle was awesome and never had to wait for more than a few minutes before it arrived or departed, only took around 5 minutes to get to Sathorn pier/Saphan Taksin BTS, super easy to get to MBK/Discovery Siam or boats to Grand Palace/Wat Arun. FYI theres a 7-11 just a few steps away from lobby.”
