Cons: Taxis from the hotel.The first driver stopped the meter soon after we got on, saying "this is holiday fee.", so we got off.And the second one claimed we needed to pay extra fee for him to return after we reached the airport though we told the door man about the firtst one and asked him to make sure to call a good driver that time. The woman clerk at the reception called a very honest friver on the first day so we think not every staff is unreliable. The swimming pool and Gym was said to be open until 1PM but we were made to leave before 10:30.The staffs clearly looked irritated to wait for us to get prepared.

Pros: The location is good and excellent for the BTS. The restaurant (Madison) was very good and we used the concierge to locate a few things and she was very helpful.
Cons: The room was tired; old TV, odd kettle/water heater. You need to pay for the use of just about everything and you only can connect two devices for the free (limited) WIFI. The bathroom was dated and the bath wasn't appealing. No IPod speaker, there was a funny old mp3 type connection but unclear how this worked. The place needs an upgrade quickly to keep pace with five star competitors

Cons: Decorating tone ( a bit dark for my taste), it a little aged in sink top, side tables. The two full beds are just too jammed for 3 people, we were expected to use the couch as a third bed but it’s too small. As we indicated in booking that we need the room for three persons, we added breakfast buffets, but were told at the check in that breakfast are only for two persons, to add another breakfast will cost almost $30( 999 bath). That was a little disappointed!!

Pros: I stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. The room was beautiful with modern amenities and clean, crisp details. The bed was excellent and the bath tub was huge. The room service was affordable and delicious. The staff were friendly and always ready and willing to help. The pool and outdoor spaces were clean and looked great.
Cons: The free internet connection was slow, if it worked at all. A little pricier than other hotels in the area but you are paying for location and convenience.

Pros: We loved every single piece of art there and the décor of the place is so very 1920s glamour. Staff are friendly and the breakfast was good. We appreciated being able to check in an hour earlier than the said time.
Cons: The wifi can be a little slow at times. Not a big problem but one of our dressing gowns were’t replaced after day 2 and my partnet had to ring to ask for one. They couldn’t understand what we said, so we had to show them the gown. All solved quickly but it should not have been something customers need to ask- room service should be perfection. We couldn’t have breakfast on a couple of days as the queues for breakfast was so long (10 couples/families in front of us) that we left and found food elsewhere. This needs to be addressed as it wouldn’t be acceptable for a 5 star nor a 4 star hotel. To their aid, the manager did speak to me immediately after I gave them feedback promising they’ll fix the issue. This is great, but it still doesn’t help the fact that we have had to miss breakfast we paid for for a few days.

Pros: My stay in an Executive Suite was great and the Club Lounge was very good but the Air Conditioning in my bedroom never worked and the hotel was unable to repair it. They just changed the thermostat to display a lower room temperature but the air coming out was hot. I had to sleep in the living room on the couch because it was so hot some nights.

Cons: Breakfast was of high quality, but too expensive. A bit tricky to get to the location from the BTS station, as you pass by a construction site and I couldn't find signs in the station such as there are for the surrounding hotels.

Pros: The staff were friendly and accommodating and provided good information when needed. The location is great, and if you stay you get to go to the observation deck for free which was great! Great views were seen; I love Bangkok and its' night lights so that was definitely a highlight for me.
Cons: The place was very very busy so it was slightly hard to relax, and the room was slightly dated. It was difficult to access with public transport, so I shall keep that in mind next time.

Cons: Bathroom moulding needed to be changed. Mouldy orange stains around tub and toilet. Front desk was slow as heck too

Cons: Rooms are kinda old and dusty.

Cons: Staff were unkind. There was no wifi in the room common area only. Not including breakfast I had to pay extra everyday. Interior was very old. All restaurant cost twice than outside. The hotel is middle of market so front hotel is not hotel it's like middle of market. I strongly recommend don't go there it is waste your money.
