Pros (+) This is a wonderful hotel while in Bangkok. Great location, great breakfast buffet, every employee that I came in contact with were extremely pleasant and helpful! I booked this hotel at the very last minute & will definitely return on next visit to BKK.
Cons (-) In my room 818, the entry floor - by the bathroom needs repair , you step on it and it buckles.
