Pros:

I had ordered a small car to keep the prices low and they offered me a large vehicle and I asked for a pick up truck and they gave me one at no extra charge great service great company policy

Everything EXCEPT.... (see what I didn't like)

Cons:

I had been provided this address 1, 1000 Airport Road, Leduc, AB T9E8B7 which is wrong. The correct location is inside the airport. It was extremely difficult for me to pick up the vehicle because of that.

Pros:

Good car, nice people

Cons:

Driving force didn't actually have the style of car we rented. Ended up with a tiny car. It worked out though.

Pros:

From the shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport to the counter staff at the rental agency itself, all were polite and courteous. The car was ready and we were given good instructions as to the "after-hour" drop-off process.

Vehicle was clean staff friendly

Cons:

Check in took way to long... knowing that they had vball teams coming into Edmonton for a tournament and rentals were going to be higher than normal on a wed they did. It have enough staff to help. Check in was Long and they were always answering phone thru out for shuttle pick up.

Upgrade vehicle was a perfect choice, wonderful travelling car, drop off time was excellent

Cons:

shuttle from airport to sparrow cres would boost your business tenfold, work around that airport tax if possible, I was diappointed at what the charge would be for cost of shuttle service.

Service is decent.

Cons:

Windshield deductible of $100 after paying $7.99 makes no sense for one rock chip. We know they will just repair the windshield until it actually cracks. It's the first car rental that's ever hit me with an additional insurance and $100 charge thereafter for a rock chip. Overall a bad experience.

Staff was great and transaction was easy.

Cons:

May be due to construction close to the Branch, pickup time is quite long, 40 minutes. Pre Authorize deposit is usually 300/350 but they have $500 Pre Authorized amount..
