Pros (+) Even so that the sold my room that I paid for it but they offer me to stay with other customers!! or they will help me to check in another location. I went for the other location which it was a little far from the original location of my reservation.
Cons (-) I should have a room sucure specialy that I paid for ! I guess they are learning from the airline by booking more room with the hope that somebody will not show up!!
