Cons: Reception girls Maria ir Patricia so arrogant they dont want to help.Maria just ignore me ..she dont want speak with me English just Portuguese.They say we can stay in the hotel until late and then told us we need to live room +with 2 kids. After again we back in the hotel after 5days they just ignore us they didn't say even sorry.

Cons: This is a typical chain hotel, nothing outstanding. I was disappointed though that they didn't offer services such as helping to coordinate a driver to take us to Inhotim. Every other hotel / pousada we have stayed at in Brazil in the last 2 years has always offered this basic service. Also, I would avoid the breakfast; pretty sure this is where I got food poisoning.

Pros: I expected to meet the quality of Ibis and this was correct, but I had a serious problem with the receptionist Victor J, who delivered our envelope to another guest causing us great problems. The room it’s good and the bathroom too.
Cons: I didn’t like the services of Victor J who never was responsible for the problem he was cause with the envelope that he gave to another guest. Other point was The prices of the breakfast are very expensive.

Pros: Very basic and small rooms, but ok. Breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly but hardly spoke English, which made it very hard to communicate. Location in BH is good, quite central.
Cons: We asked for two connecting rooms or at least next to each other when we booked, because we are a family with children. The rooms we got were very far apart though.

Cons: Reception gave me a wrong information about breakfast starting time. Safe box doesn't work (locked, I asked to repair but no help was provide) Most unsatisfactory point was that no cup in the room, I asked it but no help to prepare the cup glass. I needed to buy it. That is the first rime for me. No cup is prepared in the room.

Cons: The elevator stopped about 10 inches above the floor I was going to so I wondered about maintenance, but later it seemed OK. Need to be careful near the location of the hotel especially later in the night. I did not have any problems, but it looks like the potential could always happen.

Cons: The hotel was very old and it shows. The rooms smell weird. And the WiFi never works. We saw a bunch of people complaining about the WiFi but the staff always says it’s working fine. Even though it’s not.

Pros: Definitely the location is a A+ for the property. The property also offers a great breakfast filled with a vast variety of food options to cater any diet needs.
Cons: The whole property is a not-that-cheap ticket back to the 90s. The rooms are a bit dated, but it isn’t really a bummer, just peculiar. There are no safes in the rooms, which plays as a huge drawback. You have no feeling of safety when it comes to your valuable personal belongs. They also have this outdated policy of dropping the keys at the front desk whenever you leave the property. That wouldn’t bother me if there were a safe in the bedroom. As there weren’t any, I felt a bit uncomfortable having to carry around some of my valuable belongs while going off the beaten track. Also, there are no hair blowers available in the rooms, but the property says there is one available at the front desk. However, when I tried to request it, I was told it was faulty. Apparently there is only one to suit all the guests.

Cons: The cards to open the room doors and the elevator didn’t work most of the time, so we had to struggle to open the door and sometimes had to wait for someone else to get on the elevator to go where we wanted. Room was also smaller than I expected, and the beds had no duvets despite it being winter, so my daughter was really cold at night. The only dinner facility they have is from the hotel next door and is incredibly expensive despite the food being simplistic.

Cons: Room was cramped small, my girlfriend and I hit our heads in every possible surface doing some things like changing or showering. Does not have nightstands by the bed nor power outlets. You could hear people I other rooms ripping toiled paper and in some instances peeing. Heavy doors as if to block sound if not for the paper walls or the sound of running water through the pipes all the time. For the price it was nowhere worth it.
