Nothing really, the corridors look so dirty and smelly with tiny hard doors , the duvet cover was dirty plus the room wasn’t clean . Also the boiler wasn’t working and we moved to another room where the heater was not working. So it wasn’t the best experience that I had .
The lobby makes you think the rest if the hotel will be just as good but its disgusting
Booked last minute with friends and they were given room 520 which we would all use to get ready. There was NO radiator in the room and it was the top floor meaning the room was absolutely baltic. I had room 517 and couldn’t use the radiator so just slept in a cold room also. No main lights just lamps and the shower flooded when using it. I’ve stayed in better hotels for less money. Pointed these issues out to the woman on reception and she brushed it off as she knew we was leaving. I’ve worked in customer service before and that’s not how you deal with problems. Also the doors in the corridors are awful, too heavy to push with luggage.
Close to city centre. Parking not a problem. Bed was clean. Additional heater supplied. Had a kettle which was good.
Could do with a good lick of paint. Bed was squashed in had to climb over to get in. Strange smell in bathroom. Noise from room next door awful through connecting door!
Was local to the venue
There was no radiator in the room, was very cold Lighting was awful there isn’t a main light No hotel phone to contact reception
