Breakfast was excellent & staff at the restaurant were very professional.
Room on the main floor near the pool had a musty smell.
Good choice for business travel
Location was perfect for a business meeting I had. Staff was nice and my room was clean. Above average breakfast with an omelette station included in price. Neighboring restaurant (City Fish Market) was excellent!
Hotel has a weird indoor-courtyard setup and the common area outside the rooms is not air-conditioned very well (so it was hot in August). A/C worked just fine in the room though. Also, everything was clean and maintained well but the furnishings and decor are pretty dated. Oh, would be nice to have USB chargers built into the nightstands/lamps.
Had a blast!
We loved how family friendly this hotel was. We were also happy with room service, breakfast and cocktail hour. We'll be back.
The location was ideal. And, although the food was mediocre at best, the free breakfast buffet added to the overall value for the total cost of the stay. Likewise, the fact that parking was free made this property a better value than other area properties we considered who charged for parking, resort fees, etc.
The physical plant was a hot mess (literally and figuratively)! Woefully inadequate air-conditioning left lobby frigid, hallways steamy, and wild variations even within the suite. The plastic bathtub was cracked and peeling, and the "vintage" sofa sank down to the point that we could not sit on it. The entire property reeked of mold/mildew. The maid service was poor, and the housekeeper we met was downright surly and acted as if our presence was an imposition. The gift shop had weird posted hours (closed all afternoon), and then it wasn't even open during the posted open hours! The front desk staff at check-in treated us like second class citizens because we had booked through Kayak instead of Hilton Honors. Whenever we stopped by the front desk, the staff was too busy socializing to interrupt their conversation to help us.
The food From The room service restaurant was amazing. Best part of our stay.
Large rooms with door between bedroom and living area. Clean, courteous staff, free full breakfast
Lot of noise from children there for a softball tournament
The location is good Id you want to stay in Boca.
The rooms were unclean. That is my first priority and they failed miserably. Used band aids, gum, dirty carpets, common areas. Really disappointed.
