Cons: The hotel room was clean. There was no toilet paper, just enough for the pretty triangle fold-thank goodness for the spare roll left on the back of the tank. I had to clean were the toilet paper roll goes, as there was cigarette ashes left in the holder.

Cons: The only problem i had was Chris arguing with me on having a room with fridge/microwave. I paid extra for it due to my son's medication that had to be kept cold (which he showed he could care less about) and received nothing but problems. Then the room i was placed in had raw sewage backing up through the shower!!!!! The head housekeeper with short blonde hair was amazing I love her to pieces.

Cons: The staff or owners did not get up in the morning to help their customers we had people stopping us trying to get ahold of them,one gentleman asked us if we would leave the door to our room open because his shower didn't work no water came out of it we had to tell him know.I really wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone it was in a bit of a rough part of the neighborhood I think, when we went to do our laundry two blocks up a gentleman there was I was talking to you told me to hide my purse that wasn't a good sign.

The room was clean and recently remodeled. The motel looks pretty run down from the outside but the room was very nice inside. It had a good sized fridge and microwave. There was a lot of cable TV stations and a lot of free movie stations. Room had a nice couch, hardwood floors and the sheets, linens and mattress were good quality. Motel manager was really nice and the check in and checkout process took less then a minute.

I wasn’t sure the sheets hadn’t been used by the last occupant. The man next door moaned like a mental patient all night. It was horrible.

At 4.30 the construction site across the road came to life with blowing horns of the trucks and beeping while driving in reverse, at 6.30 the radio was added. By 6.00 at least two other guests had left. If we didn't have a toddler we would have left too. I realize the construction site is not the fault of the budget inn, but it surely didn't help making things better.

Pros: Not much.
Cons: Won't go back. Supposed to be a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke. There were cigarette ashes in the sink. The toilet was grossly stained above the water line. The toilet had a leak and ran every 10 min or so. The grounds were mostly weeds and covered in trash. Dirty linens were piled in the hall and not collected until 9:00 p.m. Dirty place..... Not a breakfast like advertised. 2 types of cold cereal, bread and jelly. For a Choice Hotel, even though it was it was an Econo Lodge, very disappointing. I believe someone should do a visit and quality inspection and take some action to clean things up.

Cons: The building was old, it had bad carpet, bad and peeling wallpaper, black mold in bathroom, bathroom was dirty. Overall it was a mansion compared to motel 6. The entire motel smelled bad.

Cons: Everything. Dirty. Stained carpet. Falling wallpaper. Dirty bathroom. Dirty sheets. Broken dirty microwave. Loud people and construction workers. Staff was more focused on there phone that giving a care about customers. Super run down. Plug in looked like it would explode if touched.

Cons: A bowl of hard boiled eggs in the employee break room was breakfast. I tried calling several times, as I could not find the motel at first. Finally arrived and the front desk employee was playing on his phone. When I mentioned I had tried calling etc, he didn't say a word. They aren't big on communication or customer service. Moldy shower curtain. No phone in the room...Correction, there was a phone but no cords to connect it....ONE towel in the room, good luck trying to get more. I would just ask for them first thing at check in!
