I was staying for four days and it was a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and did what they could to help me. The bed was comfortable and was very clean. The breakfast was standard fair of a buffet contienental with some hot food, like eggs, sausage and the like. They offered to give me a wake up call before I asked, which I found very attentive and always a smile and a hello.
There is no free wifi, which is a shame. I was originally given a tiny room which I said no to and then another with two single beds, again not suitable for the money I was paying until they gave me a normal size room. The decor could be brought up to date a bit, as the reception was very nice, but the rest does need a bit of change especially at this price. The coffee wasn't great also in the morning, but that is probably just German coffee for you, so can't complain on that.

Original room very small, before we asked for a decent sized one. The "restaurant" is two doors away. Breakfast is in an airless basement. Poor service at breakfast.

Breakfast was Ok. Close to the city center
No internet available. Rooms very small. High price. Absolutely not worth the money. Although it had very convenient location for me, I will not stay again.

“Mathias was very helpful. He called me to inform me that the reception will be closed by the time I will arrive and explained to me clearly how I should access the hotel and we took up his recommendation at Tuscolo and it was indeed awesome. Since the appartment was not full, Mathias even extended the check out time, which we really appreciated. The parking is also good value for money and the appartment is 15mins to the center and around 20mins to Beethoven house ! We shall definitely come back if in Bonn :)”
