the room we had had no hair dryer. we were going to a party and my hair looked like crap. we told the front desk guy all he kept saying was it is hanging on the wall thats all he would say. the bed spreads had spots on them i will not stay here again

Let's start will all the noise... started at 530 am. Called front desk to ask what could be done about noise, rude staff said too bad and hung up. Owner was just as bad, asked for a credit and said too bad.
